Tabakfabrik Linz “Quadrill”

Zechner & Zechner ZT GmbH, together with the project developer and investor Bodner Bau GesmbH & Co KG, has won the competition for the so-called “Quadrill” on the site of the tobacco factory in Linz. An approximately 100 m high tower and base buildings are being built on the approximately 11,000 m² construction site. The planned garage covers the entire construction site and extends up to 15 m into the ground.
