Kepler University Hospital Linz

In 2015, Kepler University Hospital launched an open EU-wide competition for general planning services for the construction of a new campus building at the Johannes Kepler University in Linz. A total of four structurally separate functional areas consisting of administration, teaching and research, a laboratory and a library were created on the JKU medical faculty site.

The entire construction area is already covered with a 2-storey underground car park. The particular structural challenge was the superstructure of this and the passage of the load.
