In the middle of 2006, the studio of Thomas Pucher, in cooperation with Bramberger Architects, won a competition in Estonia’s second largest city, Tartu. The project consisted of the construction of nine eight-storey apartment blocks. In total, the 444 units cover a total living area of approximately 44,000 m².
Far beyond
During the course of the project, Thomas Lorenz ZT GmbH became responsible for the complete static-constructive processing of all supporting components of the ‘Tower’. This building design has projecting constructions of up to 11 m on levels 6 to 8 and represents the most challenging undertaking in this project.
