Old becomes new
Where a listed existing building once stood, a completely new building was erected. A seven-storey office and residential building with a gross floor area of around 6,000 m² was built directly on the banks of the Moskva River. No problem
Building in an inner-city location, listed buildings, proximity to the river, language barrier?
No problem. The existing façade was supported and preserved, and a deep foundation was built due to the poor soil conditions in the bank area. For the coordination with the authorities and the English-Russian drafting of statics and plans, a separate interpreter was hired without further ado.
