The new Bodner Campus in Kufstein is making progress

The existing headquarters of the Bodner Group could no longer cope with the constant growth of the company - a new headquarters was inevitable. This is currently being built on a plot of land near the Kufstein-Nord freeway exit, insights into the current construction progress can be found here.

The team of architects consisting of Zechner & Zechner and Marcel Grabher impressed with their design in the 2020 architectural competition and brought Thomas Lorenz ZT GmbH on board for the structural design. After the “Quadrill” project in Linz, this is already the second project in which the team around Thomas Lorenz is in demand from the Bodner Group in terms of structural design. The planned building complex will be combined with the actual headquarters of the Bodner Group, which will provide space for approx. will offer 250 employees, and two other independent buildings consisting of 3 structures. For the realization of the “Bodner Campus” on an area of 7,825^m2, construction costs in the amount of approx. 66 million has been budgeted. Construction started in December 2022, currently. is the shell of the building part 1 on the 1st floor. The completion – so specification of managing director Mag. Ing. Thomas Bodner should be done in a timely manner so that the 2024 Christmas party can already be held at the new headquarters.
