Successful partial handover of the anatomy MedUni Graz!

The existing building, which dates back to 1912 and is a listed building, was renovated and expanded to include a lecture hall for 500 students and a 5-story annex. There is room for about 70 tables in 2 dissecting rooms. Thanks to the enormous commitment of everyone involved, all deadlines were met despite Covid. Now follows the furniture and building equipment. The new anatomy, for which the Bundesimmobiliengesellschaft is investing around 39 million euros, is scheduled to go into full operation in around a year’s time. Thomas Lorenz ZT GmbH is responsible for this challenging project for ÖBA-Bau incl. responsible for the coordination of all specialist ÖBAs. Thanks to the entire team for their tireless efforts!
