Project kick-off SEEHUB

Project Manager Ing. Paul Brozsek from the List Group presented the innovative and highly acclaimed project that is the only one of its kind in Europe. SEEHUB joins together not only five football fields and an approximately 3,000m² trampoline park, but also parking and business space under one roof. 429 parking spaces including charging stations, as well as 1,100m² office space, bike rental and an additional Mobility Point will be established. District Chairperson Ernst Neviry could motivate and encourage the talented Seestadt junior football team with new footballs and kit. With this project, Thomas Lorenz ZT GmbH can show their experience and performance in the areas of on-site construction management, building coordination and test engineering according to the Vienna construction regulations.
