Q4 Grillweg in completion
And another project is in the process of completion, the "Quartier 4" on Grillweg in Graz. Where once the electronics store Conrad was located, the last of the 4 construction phases will soon be history.
Around 600 apartments have been completed in the last 3 years and will be handed over to the developer at the end of the year.
Structural analysis and building construction planning were carried out in-house by Thomas Lorenz. Everything 3-dimensional and according to the BIM method.
