Organisational Changes

We regret but respect his decision and wish him all the best in his new professional direction. The transition period until the end of his contract is running smoothly and conducted in good will and intent. Markus Pein will remain available to Thomas Lorenz ZT GmbH as an external consultant and will be cooperating closely with Thomas Lorenz ZT GmbH in his new project development activities. His function as Department Leader Construction Management will, in the future, be performed jointly by Ing. Manfred Grangl and DI Christoph Schmied, MSc. Manfred Grangl was previously the Deputy Department Leader and has impressed with his skills in, amongst other things, being leader of the onsite construction management of the Med Campus Graz. Christoph Schmied has been with the company for more than nine years and has successfully managed the general planning and construction management functionalities of multiple, large projects. As the new partner, DI Gregor Schwarz has established himself as the BIM-Mastermind and as expert for steel, glass and facade construction. The new appointments by proven and deserved employees secure the continuity of know-how and quality within the company and guarantee that we continue to meet the full customer satisfaction of all our clients.
