Onsite Construction Management of Oberwart Hospital

The project, with construction costs of approximately EUR 128 M (basis 2014), will cover an area of 26,100 m² to be used for medical examination and treatment, care, teaching and events, medical waste removal as well as administration. Start of construction is scheduled for 2020, completion in 2023. The relocation and start of operations in the new building are planned for 2024. The project will involve the overall onsite construction management of the project, management of building services, construction management of the technical medical centre, adherence to construction codes and regulations as well as the relocation. The individual onsite construction management for each area will be subcontracted. The entire team look forward to working together with the various parties and to a successful realisation of the project.
