Onsite Construction Management Med Campus Graz M2

As with Module 1, the onsite construction management including the supervision of building services, construction statics and the construction site coordination according to the building codes and regulations were to be awarded. Construction already started in autumn 2018 with completion planned for October 2022. The net construction costs are approximately 99 Mio Euro. Module 2 contains the future office, teaching and research areas for the Pathophysiology and Immunology, Experimental and Clinical Pharmacology, Nursing Science, Social Medicine and Epidemiology, Ethics and General Medicine. Additionally planned are lecture rooms and seminar rooms for the general teaching and administration of the Med Uni Graz, ÖH and Mensa. Definitely a new challenge for a proven team!
