Long-term project successfully completed
At the beginning of September, the extension and conversion of the A building in the LKH Graz Süd was completed. Thomas Lorenz ZT GmbH had been responsible for on-site construction supervision since 2014 and was able to successfully hand over the project to the users.
After moving to the new building, the renovation of the old building under monument protection began in early 2018. The old building was completely gutted and restored and technically brought up to date with the assistance of the Federal Monuments Office. The new building is connected to the old building by a fully glazed central wing.
