Starting shot Branch Office Schrack

The groundbreaking ceremony for the new branch of Schrack Technik GmbH took place on 26.04.2023. With locations in twelve countries outside of Austria, Schrack Technik GmbH is strongly positioned in the field of state-of-the-art electrical engineering including, among others, electromobility, photovoltaics and energy technology.

In order to remain fit for the future, especially in this rapidly changing sector, Fa. Schrack Technik GmbH is now moving into a new office in Seiersberg near Graz. The building is divided into a 2-storey office wing, which will have its own showroom, and a 1-storey warehouse with an assembling zone. Thomas Lorenz ZT GmbH was commissioned as general consultant. In addition to the planning services from the preliminary design to the implementation planning, this also includes the local construction supervision. All planning is carried out using the proven BIM method. The ceremonial handover of the new company headquarters to the client is scheduled for spring 2024.
