Kick-off at a height of 15 meters

The complete handover of the Seehub Aspern project in Vienna took place on October 14, 2020. From now on, you cannot only play football 15 meters above the ground on the roof of the multi-storey car park, but also rent bicycles on the ground floor.

The multi-storey car park has 429 parking spaces, some with e-charging stations. An office building with an area of approx. 1,100 m² and a mobility point were built as the head building of the garage. Thomas Lorenz ZT GmbH was responsible for the site supervision and site coordination for this project, as well as working as a checking engineer according to the Vienna building regulations. Once again an extraordinary project was successfully completed with our support.
