Handover of elevated garage & Gleichen celebration office building

After a construction period of around 11 months, the new employee:indoor parking garage – a system garage from Fa. Goldbeck-Rhomberg with around 660 parking spaces – was completed and handed over. There is another construction site on the factory premises that Thomas Lorenz and his team are allowed to supervise. This is the extension of the office building “B5”. Planning for the building complex, which is divided into two components, began in the spring of 2021, with construction starting in the summer of 2022. The topping-out ceremony took place about a month ago, and completion is scheduled for early 2024. Thomas Lorenz is responsible for general planning and local construction supervision for both projects. The architectural planning for the office extension B5 is provided by the team bramberger architects.
