FH Health Campus Kapfenberg is realized

For this purpose, the existing elementary school/polytechnic will be renovated and extended by an annex. Construction is scheduled to begin in the spring of 2024, with an estimated construction period of approximately 1.5 years. The total costs amount to around 23.5 million euros and are borne by the province of Styria. The new campus should be ready for operation by the winter semester of 2025. The architectural design is the work of NOW Architektur ZT GmbH from Graz, and the project is to be implemented by a general contractor. The Thomas Lorenz ZT GmbH was commissioned by FH-JOANNEUM with the services of project control, procedural supervision and local construction supervision “light” for this project.
