Expansion of Ownership Structure

In addition to Thomas Lorenz, Roland Reichl, Jürgen Kraker, Markus Pein and Martin Pramhas, Manfred Grangl, Christoph Schmied and Andreas Bedianitsch are now co-partners of the GmbH. Manfred Grangl heads the construction management department together with Markus Pein and is also responsible for the infrastructure area. Christoph Schmied works primarily as a project manager in building construction and is responsible for the quality management system within the company. Andreas Bedianitsch works as a group leader in the construction department, primarily in the area of structural engineering for infrastructure projects. The new, broader ownership structure guarantees long-term continuity in management personnel, is a guarantee for a continuous build-up of know-how and enables the continuation of our consistent growth strategy.
