The facade will be covered with facade panels in green tones and climbing plants, the roof will be an extensive green roof. It is also a special project for Thomas Lorenz ZT GmbH, responsible for this project as general planner and as local construction supervisor. It was planned completely 3-dimensional with Revit down to the last detail. Using online presentation based on gaming software, the entire 3D model can be loaded and freely walked on any device. Thus, future users can already discover the “best” parking space for them in the digital twin.
