Construction Start Module 2 MED CAMPUS Graz
Almost two years ago, the Module 1 of the MED CAMPUS Graz was completed. Now the next construction phase has started. Module 2 will be partly constructed on the existing parking garage in Stiftingstalstrasse and partly in the northern extension of Module 1.
The BIG will be investing approximately EUR 190 M in the new construction. The completion is due in fall 2022. As with Module 1, Thomas Lorenz ZT GmbH is responsible for the onsite construction management. The project team is definitely never going to get bored with the approx. 20,000 m² (net ground space) of teaching, learning and research infrastructure. Good luck!
