Brewery Quarter Puntigam
Right next to the tradtional brewery in Graz-Puntigam, 800 flats, office and commercial space will be built covering an area of an approximate 65,000 m². In total, this area will offer a living environment for roughly 2,000 people.
The project has been developed by C&P Immobilien AG and is supported by Immola Liegenschaftsverwertung und Projektentwicklungs GmbH as an additional investor. The first five construction phases will be carried out by ARGE Brauquartier Puntigam that consists of the companies Östu Stetting and Dywidag. Thomas Lorenz, together with Scherr-Fürnschuss as an ARGE, has been commissioned with the general planning.
