Thomas Lorenz and his team are responsible for the structural design in the submission and execution phase and are working on the construction project together with the team of Architects Collective, which is in charge of the submission and foreman planning. “The common architectural and structural design model is linked to countless specialist design models for ongoing design coordination and clash checking in virtually real time, which has saved an enormous amount of time,” says Martin Pramhas, head of the design department at Thomas Lorenz. The preliminary project planning was done by Unit4 and IBH – Tragwerksplanung GmbH from Stuttgart. Commissioning is planned for this year.
