Another ÖBA Contract!
Thomas Lorenz ZT GmbH received another order for the construction management and ÖBA department. In the immediate vicinity of the Med Campus Graz, ZWT GmbH is building a new research and laboratory building for around € 12 million.
The contract includes the services of general construction supervision and site coordination in accordance with BauKG. The ZWT Accelerator GmbH acts as the client.
Construction has already started and the project will be completed by the end of 2022.
