TEAMSPIRIT is one of our strongest assets at Thomas Lorenz ZT GmbH – and this is why almost all TLo-staff joined the company trip last week.

250 participants, more than 30 speakers, presenters and discussion partners – that was the SOLID BIM Conference in 2019.

The media described the opening of the “Red Square”, the newly constructed central clinic in Kiel, as a historic milestone, and Thomas Lorenz ZT GmbH loudly and intensively celebrated this event.

Almost two years ago, the Module 1 of the MED CAMPUS Graz was completed. Now the next construction phase has started. Module 2 will be partly constructed on the existing parking garage in Stiftingstalstrasse and partly in the northern extension of Module 1.

Every two years, a panel of experts from the construction magazine “SOLID” recognises Austrian com-panies that have excelled in the construction industry. Thomas Lorenz ZT GmbH won the recognition prize as the only civil engineering company in the category “Digital and BIM”.

The start is underway. On the area that was previously the Euroshopping Shopping Centre in Graz-Webling, C&P Immobilien AG together with the Haring Group are planning the construction of approximately 600 apartments to be carried out in four stages.

Another year has turned, and the traditional winter trip of Thomas Lorenz ZT GmbH is back again. This time, Riesneralm in the north of Styria was chosen as the destination. After the above punctual arrival in Donnersbachwald, the group split up into those for skiing and those for sledding, and started the day under ideal weather conditions.

Two current projects of Thomas Lorenz ZT GmbH had their topping-out ceremony on November 22nd, 2018.

This month there were two sporting events that have become “must“ events for the Thomas Lorenz ZT GmbH team.

Being awarded the next large project did not take long. In August 2018, Thomas Lorenz GmbH, together with VAMED Linz, set themselves apart from their competitors during the application process for the Module 2 of the Med Campus Graz.
