Ordensklinikum Linz GmbH operates 2 hospitals in the Upper Austrian capital. A 30+ master plan was drawn up for the Barmherzige Schwestern site in Seilerstätte, which includes the conversion and expansion of the approx. 100,000-square-foot clinic envisions. Thomas Lorenz is with his brother in the structural design!

At the Innfeldgasse campus, two new building complexes with a total investment volume of approx. 55 million was realized by the Bundesimmobiliengesellschaft. These are “Data House” and “SAL Building”, 2 new research centers in the field of Data driven Business and Artificial Intelligence.
Another milestone of Med Uni Graz in connection with the Med Campus was reached. The former pathology department at Auenbruggerplatz 25 was renovated and expanded for the Department of Macroscopic and Clinical Anatomy. Now it has been handed over.
