In Thondorf, Graz, Porr Bau GmbH is currently building an assembly area covering 15,500m² for Magna. The load-bearing structure is made from pre-fabricated, reinforced concrete elements. These are manufactured by the companies Rauter and Habau.

Right next to the tradtional brewery in Graz-Puntigam, 800 flats, office and commercial space will be built covering an area of an approximate 65,000 m². In total, this area will offer a living environment for roughly 2,000 people.

As part of the Construction Congress 2016, the first Koop Awards were presented for projects executed with particular cooperation.

Just like last year, six highly motivated Thomas Lorenz ZT GmbH staff members, namely Gregor Schwarz, Gregor Cipot, Matija Jesenko, Michael Weiß, Melanie Fridrich and Medea Dalakishvili, once again took part in the Business Run on April 28th 2016.

This year, the Thomas Lorenz ZT GmbH team were again lured to the ski slopes – this time to the Salzstiegl near Hirschegg. 

During the week of January 19th to 23rd 2016, DI Franz Reichl and his team analysed the existing buildings 518 and 523 of the Kiel Clinic.

On January 27th 2016, the University Dental Clinic in Graz was opened.
After a 2½-year-construction period, the new centre for dentistry and oral health care opened its doors as scheduled. The overall construction costs of the dental centre at the Klinikum Graz amount to approximately EUR 35 M.

At the beginning of 2016, the ownership structure of Thomas Lorenz ZT GmbH was expanded to include three long-standing and well-deserved employees.

They simply belong to the longstanding company tradition, the joint events of Thomas Lorenz ZT GmbH. This year the choice fell on a very special trip – a city trip to Barcelona, Spain.
