Friday, March 3rd 2018, saw the festive opening ceremony for the ”SUDHAUS“, the new canteen and restaurant at Anton Paar.

At the beginning of February and after a four-year break, the Thomas Lorenz ZT GmbH team finally returned to possibly Austria’s favourite skiing area – Obertauern. 

KNAPP Group – one of the leading warehousing logistics companies in Austria – is currently constructing a new office building at its headquarters in Hart bei Graz. The new building will house a showroom for the diverse range of technology offered by the KNAPP Group on the ground floor. The building will also accommodate approximately 480 employees.

On Friday, October 13th 2017, the opening of the new Med Campus in Graz, Main Construction Unit Module 1 was celebrated.

Axel Springer Publishing House is planning the realisation of a new Campus in Berlin. While the structural work is already in full swing, the façade is still busily being adjusted and fine-tuned.

As with previous years, a team from Thomas Lorenz ZT GmbH were at the starting line of the Graz Marathon. A total of six employees joined forces to each complete the quarter distance (10.5km), all in super times. 

This year’s office excursion took the team from Thomas Lorenz ZT GmbH to Murtal in the north-west of Graz.

Mr BM DI (FH) Markus Pein, MSc, after 14 years of service with the company, has decided to pursue his own professional ambitions as of July 1st, 2017. 

Boehler Edelstahl in Kapfenberg is investing in an additional, modern forging plant to manufacture high value and high quality products from stainless steel and special alloys for industries such as the aviation and energy sectors.

Together with many other sport fanatics, seven teams from Thomas Lorenz ZT GmbH were at the starting line at this year’s Raiffeisen Business Run held in the inner city of Graz.
