Two current projects of Thomas Lorenz ZT GmbH had their topping-out ceremony on November 22nd, 2018.

This month there were two sporting events that have become “must“ events for the Thomas Lorenz ZT GmbH team.

Being awarded the next large project did not take long. In August 2018, Thomas Lorenz GmbH, together with VAMED Linz, set themselves apart from their competitors during the application process for the Module 2 of the Med Campus Graz. 

Together with the Viennese Moser Architects, Thomas Lorenz ZT GmbH was able to secure another large project. After a months-long application process, KRAGES awarded the contract for the on-site construction management of the planned new construction of the hospital in Oberwart to the ARGE Lorenz-Moser. 

For this year’s annual construction site excursion, the team from Thomas Lorenz ZT GmbH stayed right at their own house door. The new construction of the KNAPP’s Innovation Centre in Hart bei Graz and the extension of the Magna warehouse in Albersdorf were optimal locations for the half day excursion. 

The project “kick-off“ at Aspern Seestadt started on June 11, 2018, right in time for the Football World Championships. At a height of 15m and starting in July 2019, the fight for the round leather ball will commence on the roof-top area of the multi-storey park. 

This year was no different! The Raiffeisen Business Run in the inner city of Graz is a must-event for the team of Thomas Lorenz ZT GmbH. Alongside some of our regular and experienced starters, some new TLo-rookies made up a team of 18 running staff as well as a small supporting crew that cheered along the running course.

Shortly before the end of the year, Thomas Lorenz ZT GmbH received the exciting news that we will be able to work on the planning of a new IKEA store at the Wien West Train Station in the city centre.

On March 16th 2018 it was time – the ground breaking ceremony was celebrated for KNAPP’s new Innovations Centre. The multi-story building in Hart, Graz, will be completed by autumn 2019 and will offer capacity for up to 480 employees as well as a 10m high showroom on the ground floor.
