Anton Paar GmbH Headquarters, located in Graz, Kärntnerstrasse, was extended by a five-storey car park and an additional three-storey assembly centre with a gross floor area covering 13,333 m². The assembly centre offers space for 300 workplaces and houses a high-bay storage facility and an automatic mini-load system (MLS). In total, it was an investment of around € 17 M on behalf of Anton Paar GmbH.

Thomas Lorenz ZT GmbH were commissioned by Anton Paar GmbH with the general planning and the site supervision of the new assembly centre. Architectural design was managed by Deutschmann ZT GmbH.

Planning of the construction commenced at the end of 2012, and the start of construction took place in June 2013. The construction was completed in April 2014, the opening ceremony for the assembly centre of Anton Paar GmbH was held on April 11th, 2014.
